Tasting Note
The Champagne 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany is composed of three grape varieties:
- Pinot Noir: for body
- Pinot Meunier: for roundness
- Chardonnay: for finesse, the lightness and the elegance
An impressive number of vintages, 40 to 50 are included in the composition of this Brut Champagne. This very well balanced Champagne will seduce the most demanding connoisseurs throughout the world in 2006; it will provide the noblest means in which to celebrate all of the successes of the FIFA 2006 World cup. This Champagne is certain to remain in exceptional souvenir of this unique event.

- Pinot Noir: 22%
- Pinot Meunier: 58%
- Chardonnay: 20%
Ageing: min 3 Years
Appearance: Golden yellow colour with amber hints. A bright wine lit up by fine bubbles.
Nose: Expressive nose dominated by yellow fruits ( mirabelle, apricot ). On swirling notes of wax and citrus round off the aromatic palette. A lot of finesse and elegance.
Taste: Fresh and structured attack. The power of the pinots comes through in the mout with notes of red fruits ( strawberry, raspberry). The mouth is generous, ample and well balanced. The long and warm finish reveals great minerality.
